Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean speaks during a farewell ceremony for Soviet and Moldovan composer Eugen Doga, who died at the age of 88 on June 3, before his funeral at the Nicolae Sulac National Palace in Chisinau, Moldova. Eugen Doga, a composer, professor, academician, and a prominent figure of national culture, became known worldwide for his musical works, especially the famous Waltz from the movie, My Sweet and Tender Beast, by film director Emil Loteanu - considered by UNESCO as one of the four musical masterpieces of the 20th century.
