A car carrying Russian officials enters the territory of the country's Consulate General ahead of the rescheduled on May 16 Russia-Ukraine negotiations in Istanbul, Turkey. The first direct talks between Russian and Ukrainian delegations in three years were expected to take place on 15 May at the same venue as in 2022, in the working office of the Turkish presidential administration in downtown Istanbul.
