A firefighting vehicle rides on a road after reported blasts at a military depot in Kirzhach district of Vladimir region, 130 kilometres (80 miles) northeast of Moscow, Russia. As a result of a fire on the territory of a military base in the Vladimir Region, ammunition stored in a warehouse had started detonating, the Russian Defense Ministry said on April 22, adding that the cause of the incident was a violation of safety requirements.
