In this handout video grab released by the Russian Defence Ministry, Russian servicemen released from Ukrainian captivity board a bus, amid Russia's military operation in Ukraine, at the unknown location in Russia. On April 19, as a result of negotiations mediated by the United Arab Emirates, 246 Russian servicemen were returned. In return, 246 POWs from the Ukrainian armed forces were handed over. As a gesture of goodwill Russia also handed 31 wounded POWs over to Ukraine in exchange for 15 Russian soldiers, who needed urgent assistance, the ministry said.
