The First Russian Culinary Championship. Sokolniki Cultural and Exhibition Center. The competition was held as part of the third PIR (Feast) International Exhibition. The championship was attended by 96 best chefs and confectioners from 32 regions of Russia. The New Year Tree cake was presented to the audience.
