Former co-owner of Azbuka Vkusa supermarket chain and Kofe Khauz coffee shop chain Kirill Yakubovsky, accused of embezzling over 126 million U.S. dollars from investors, is escorted by police before a verdict hearing at the Presnensky District Court in Moscow, Russia. The court sentenced Yakubovsky to eight years in a penal colony, while other defendants in the case, Pavel Maslovsky and Svetlana Bezrukova, were sentenced to thirteen and a half and five years in a penal colony, respectively.
