In this handout video grab released by the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office, a view shows the An-12 transport aircraft, which ran off the runway and flipped over on its side while landing in Novy Urengoy during the flight from Sabetta, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Region, Russia. There were eight crew members on board, no fatalities or injuries have been reported.
