In this handout video grab released by the Russian Emergencies Ministry, emergency vehicles are seen at the site of a gas explosion in the apartment building in Makhachkala, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. As specified RIA Novosti in the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, the clap of gas vapors with subsequent fire occurred in the apartment of a building on Gaptsakhskaya Street. According to preliminary information, a woman was injured. Emergency services have been sent to the site of the accident.
