In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), FSB officers check false documents belonging to Nikita Ivankovich, a cleric arrested on suspicion of plotting to assassinate Metropolitan Tikhon of Simferopol and Crimea (Shevkunov), in Moscow, Russia. The perpetrators, one Russian and one Ukrainian citizen, have been detained in Moscow, the security service said, adding that an improvised explosive device and two forged passports of Ukrainian citizens with fake personal data have been seized from the failed attackers, who had been recruited by Kiev's military intelligence.
