In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), cleric Nikita Ivankovich, suspected in plotting a terrorist attack against Metropolitan Tikhon (Shevkunov) of Simferopol and Crimea, is seen during detention by FSB officers in Moscow, Russia. The perpetrators, one Russian and one Ukrainian citizen, were recruited by Ukrainian special services, the FSB said in a statement, adding that an improvised explosive device and two forged passports of Ukrainian citizens with fake personal data have been seized from the failed attackers.
