People carry unused ballots from a polling station to the republic's Central Election Commission (CEC) headquarters following the early Abkhazian presidential election in Sukhum, Abkhazia. There will be a runoff in the elections, in which Abkhaz politician Badra Gunba and opposition figure Adgur Ardzinba will participate, CEC Chairman Dmitry Marshan said on February 15.
