People attend a ceremony to lay flowers at the Vladivostok City of Military Glory stele in memory of servicemen of the Tigr (Tiger) volunteer unit who died in Russia's special military operation in Ukraine, in Vladivostok, Russia. Deputy Governor of Russia's Primorye Territory Sergey Yefremov died when he was returning from a combat mission in the Kursk Region, Primorye Territory Governor Oleg Kozhemyako said on February 2. Yefremov commanded the Tigr unit, formed in the region in the summer of 2022 based on the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet.
