Members of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus attend a news conference on the preliminary results of the Belarusian presidential election at the commission's information centre in Minsk, Belarus. Incumbent Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko is winning 86.82% of the vote in the presidential election, Igor Karpenko, the chairman of the Central Election Commission said on January 27.
