Foreign Minister of the Federative Republic of Brazil Olav Egidio de Souza Aranha Setubal during a speech at the opening ceremony of the exhibition "The Russian Expedition of Academician Langsdorf to Brazil in Documents and Materials" dedicated to the first Russian expedition to Brazil, organized by the explorer, naturalist and Russian consul in Rio de Janeiro Grigory Langsdorf in the building of the Archives of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
