Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov and Director of the North America Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Darchiev leave the building of the Federation Council, the upper chamber of the parliament, in Moscow, Russia. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on November 25 that reports regarding the possible appointment of Darchiev as the new ambassador to the United States need to wait for the presidential decree.
