The building of the House of Friendship With Peoples of Foreign Countries (Arseny Morozov Manshion), now the Russian Government's Reception House, on Moscow's Vozdvizhenka Street. The mansion was built in 1895-1899 by architect Viktor Mazyrin at the request of millionaire Arseny Morozov.
