People stand by a tree uprooted by heavy winds after Hurricane Rafael knocked out the country's power grid, leaving 10 million people without electricity, in Havana, Cuba. On November 7, Hurricane Rafael hit Cuba as a Category 3 storm, causing an island-wide power outage, collapsing more than 461 homes and forcing more than 283,000 people to evacuate their homes across the country, 98,300 of them in Havana, local authorities said.
