Workers clean up a street a day after Hurricane Rafael knocked out the country's power grid, leaving 10 million people without electricity, in Havana, Cuba. On November 7, Hurricane Rafael hit Cuba as a Category 3 storm, causing an island-wide power outage, collapsing more than 461 homes and forcing more than 283,000 people to evacuate their homes across the country, 98,300 of them in Havana, local authorities said.
