On September 8-18, 1984, Soviet working people visited France aboard the Peace and Friendship Ship. France's General Confederation of Labor organized the visit. In this photo, the ship's passengers are staying inside the captain's deck-house that provides the most beautiful view. The port of Bordeaux lies straight ahead.
