Construction of the Sayano-Shushenskaya Hydropower Plant on the Yenisei River. The village of Cheryomushki was built for the energy and construction workers. It was first populated by geodesics professionals, designers, engineers and hydraulic construction workers who came to work on the project from all over the country.
