Specialists monitor launching of the Soyuz-2.1a rocket with the Soyuz MS-26 spacecraft carrying NASA astronaut Donald Pettit, and Roscosmos cosmonauts Alexey Ovchinin and Ivan Vagner into orbit from Baikonur Cosmodrome to the International Space Station (ISS) at the Mission Control Center in Korolyov, outside Moscow, Russia.
