In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), former US marine Paul Whelan, accused in Russia of spying for the US government, is escorted by a law enforcement officer to board a plane to Ankara, at an airport in Moscow, Russia. On August 1, Ankara hosted the Russian-US exchange of 26 individuals held in prisons in the United States, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Norway, Russia, and Belarus.
