Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin throws soil into the grave of Russian lawmaker and Arctic explorer Artur Chilingarov during his funeral at the Novodevichy Cemetery in Moscow, Russia. Chilingarov, a polar explorer, a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences and head of the Russian State Polar Academy, passed away on June 1 at the age of 84.
