In this handout video grab released by the Russian Emergencies Ministry, emergency staff work at the site of a bus crash from the Potseluev Bridge into the Moika River in St. Petersburg, Russia. According to preliminary reports, the bus driver lost control, rammed several cars and fell off the bridge into the river with up to 20 passengers on board.
