World War Two veteran Rashit Rizvanov receives congratulations on the upcoming Victory Day, marking the 79th anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany in World War Two, in the courtyard of his house in Tiraspol, Transnistria region, also known as the unrecognised Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR), Moldova. Rizvanov fought in the Great Patriotic War as a member of the 144th Guards Motor Rifle Division of the 3rd Ukrainian Front and awarded the Order of the Patriotic War.
