Russian President Vladimir Putin awards Deputy Director of the Kongar-ool Ondar Centre for the Development of Tuvan Traditional Culture and Crafts Mengi Ondar for her contribution to preserving, developing and promoting the cultural legacy of the Tuvan people during a ceremony to present the 2023 Presidential Prize for young culture professionals and for writing and art for children and young people at the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia.
