In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), an improvised explosive device is discovered by FSB officers during an operation to detain a Russian citizen, an accomplice of the Russian Volunteer Corps (banned as terrorist organization in Russia), accused of plotting a terrorist attack on Ukraine's behalf, in Samara region, Russia. The saboteur recruited by Ukraine in the Samara Region planned to use explosives at a humanitarian aid reception center, but he blew himself up during the arrest, the FSB said in a statement on March 26.
