

Director General of the Roscosmos State Space Corporation Yury Borisov talks to the media at the launchpad of the Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan. The launch of the Soyuz MS-25 spacecraft with the new International Space Station (ISS) crew including Belarus' Marina Vasilevskaya, Russian cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky and NASA astronaut Tracy Dyson was canceled due to a voltage drop the chemical power source, Borisov said on March 21.
