Head of the Luhansk People's Republic Leonid Pasechnik visits the Litmash plant, that manufactures cast iron rolls, in the town of Lutuhyne, Luhansk People's Republic, Russia. Now included in a free economic zone for the new Russian regions, Litmash plans to upgrade its production facilities, Pasechnik said in his Telegram channel on January 18.
