Russian Culture Minister Alexander Avdeyev in the Théâtre de Baulie is giving Russian Foreign Ministry's award of distinction "For Contribution to International Cooperation" to Frederik Paulsen, Honorary Consul for Russia in Lausanne, at the opening of the Russian Culture Festival in Switzerland sponsored by the Russian Culture Ministry and dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between the two nations.
