European Billiards Championship among veterans and juniors under the auspices of the European Federation of Pocket Billiards, held on August 6-11, 1991 at the Leningrad State Circus (now the Great St. Petersburg State Circus). The youngest participant in the championship is 12-year-old Evgeny Stalev.
