Oryol. Merited Cultural Worker Leonid Tuchin, an employee of the Oryol Regional History Museum and a member of the Russian Union of Journalists and Photo Artists, and Anastasia Lazareva, a research associate with the Oryol Regional History Museum's Science and Education Department, are installing the photo exhibition Liberation of Oryol.
