In this handout video grab released by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), an improvised explosive device (IED) seized by FSB officers from a man suspected in an attempt of terrorist attack on a military conscription office in Voronezh, Russia. The Russian national was recruited by militants from a Ukrainian terrorist organisation and intended to carry out their instructions to detonate IED at the city's military conscription office. Then he planned to relocate to Ukraine to take part in military activities against the Russian Armed Forces, the FSB said in a statement on November 29.
