The building of the State Central Institute of Balneology of the USSR Ministry of Health (now the National Medical Research Center for Rehabilitation and Balneology) on Novinsky Boulevard in Moscow. The author of the building, architect Anatoly Samoilov, is an ideologist of balneology. Mr. Kharitonov took part in the design of the building.
