A sculpture depicting Russian rock musician and frontman of the group Kino Viktor Tsoi is pictured at a garden square dedicated to his memory in the Siberian Guardsmen street in Novosibirsk, Russia. Tsoi died on August 15, 1990, at the age of 28 and became a true symbol of the Perestroika during the late Soviet Union. He remains a cult figure many years after his death and his songs are still being performed by rock and street musicians throughout Russia.
