Cuban Ambassador to Russia Julio Antonio Garmendia Pena attends a meeting with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, in Moscow, Russia. Russia and Cuba will soon sign a document on trade, economic, scientific and technological cooperation until 2030 which has already been discussed with Havana, Chernyshenko said on October 2.
