Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko attends a meeting with the President of the National Assembly of People's Power, and Council of State of Cuba Juan Esteban Lazo Hernandez, in Moscow, Russia. Russia and Cuba will soon sign a document on trade, economic, scientific and technological cooperation until 2030 which has already been discussed with Havana, Chernyshenko said on October 2.
