Refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh region get out of the back of a truck upon arrival in the town of Goris, Armenia. Armenia said on September 27 it had received 50,243 Nagorno-Karabakh refugees since Azerbaijan launched a military operation in the region, representing more than a third of the ethnic Armenian enclave's population.
