Young people participate in the opening ceremony of the "Youth House" built with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) in Luhansk, Luhansk People's Republic, Russia. This new youth center is on Pyaterkina Street and is part of Moscow builders' renovation program for 2023.
