In this handout video grab released by the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, medics, psychologists of the Center for Emergency Psychological Assistance of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and specialists of the Russian Health Ministry are seen on board the Il-76TD aircraft which prepares to take off for the sanitary evacuation of victims of an explosion in a car service building and following fire at the gas station in Makhachkala, at the airport outside Moscow, Russia. According to the head of the Republic of Dagestan Sergei Melikov, the tragedy killed 27 people and left 102 injured, there were three children among those killed. More than 70 people and 20 pieces of equipment were involved in containing the fire. Police and city officials were moving people away from the spot as there is a risk of a second explosion.
