Akhmet and Kultum Akipovs, parents of 8-year-old girl from Derbent Raisat Akipova, are seen during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin in Moscow, Russia. Raisat failed to see the head of state during his working trip to the Republic of Dagestan where he also talked with local residents.
