A counter-terrorist operation regime has been introduced in the Russian capital and the Moscow Region in order to prevent possible terrorist acts, after head of the Wagner Group private military company Yevgeny Prigozhin called for armed rebellion and reached the southern city of Rostov-on-Don with his troops.
