A sculpture of a lion on the upper platform of the Ruins grotto in the Alexander Garden at the foot of the Middle Arsenal Tower of the Moscow Kremlin. The structure, also known as the "Italian Grotto", was conceived by the architect Osip Bove as a reminder of the war of 1812.
