@SputnikTj correspondent visited the chef competition at KazanForum. Culinary experts from 15 countries took part in them; Central Asia was represented by Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. By the way, at the forum, chefs from the Republic of Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Turkiye, Iran and Azerbaijan promised to develop three dishes that will appear in Kazan restaurants in the future.
