People walk at the Alley of Heroes of the Soviet Union, as Russia's military operation in Ukraine continues, in Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region territory, that has accessed Russia. Acting Governor of the Zaporizhzhia region Yevgeny Balitsky signed a decree according to which the region is divided into 16 administrative units, and the city of Melitopol is officially designated as its capital.
