Tajik SSR. Bobo Sanginov, distinguished cotton grower, director of the Vakhsh branch of the Tajik Research Institute of Agriculture, corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. With his direct participation, new varieties of cotton, alfalfa and rye were bred.
