Tajik SSR. Bobo Sanginov, a distinguished cotton breeder, director of the Vakhsh branch of the Tajik Research Institute of Agriculture, corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan with a new variety of fine-staple cotton, bred with his direct participation at the Vakhsh experimental station.
