Pipes are seen at a workshop of Khartsyzk Pipe Plant, in Khartsyzk, Donetsk People's Republic, Russia. The plant completed production of its part of pipes for the future Don - Siverskyi Donets water pipeline, DPR deputy head Vitaliy Khotsenko said on February 13. The launch of the water pipeline will solve the water supply problem in Donetsk People’s Republic.
