Russian Emergency Situations Minister Alexander Kurenkov talks to the media about collapse of an apartment block of a five-storey residential building due to the gas explosion at a response centre in the Siberian city of Novosibirsk, Russia. At least ten people were killed and nine injured in an accident, fifty were evacuated, the Russian Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) said on February 9.
