The Public Catering Museum (the Culinary Art Museum) in Moscow dedicated to the history of gastronomy and culinary industry in the country, located in the building of the former of the Staro-Rogozhskaya Gateway in Bolshoy Rogozhsky Pereulok in Moscow. One of the museum's first directors, Sergei Inozemtsev, an expert in Russian culinary history, played a big role in building the museum's collection of exhibits.
